1. Every order implies full acceptance of the general selling conditions below.
 Handwritten or printed clauses and conditions of our buyers, even those specified on the confirmation of their orders, are opposable against us only with our formal approval.

2. All orders must be sent to us in written form (mail, fax or e-mail) with the payment. This condition sets them as definite without any confirmation from the Atelier de la Celle.

3. Our prices are all tax included and Ex-Works. All goods are sent to the buyers at their risks, even in case of DDU or DDP. Even in case of delay, breakage or missing goods, the buyer has to pay the bill before the expiry date.
It is generally admitted that the delivery of goods abroad is assumed by the buyer, yet it can also be organized and charged by the Atelier de la Celle in some cases.
In case of special delivery, the costs of transportation will be charged fully whatever the price of the ordered goods. This kind of delivery will be done at the request of the buyer and only on our approval.

4. The pass for press signed by the buyer frees the Atelier de la Celle from any commitment: errors or omissions from any kind and their direct or indirect consequences noticed after the printing or the firing can’t be attributed to the Atelier de la Celle. That also goes for the buyer who doesn’t wish any pass for press.

5. The buyers must check all the items that are delivered to them. The hand-made items can show different shades and in any case that point makes an acceptable complaint, nor does it compel the Atelier de la Celle to pay compensatory damages. Any complaint must be reported within 48 hours after the delivery date.

6. By law 80-335 of May 12th 1980, the goods become the buyers’ properties only after they have paid for them and after the amount has been collected.

7. Concerning the personalized items, a down payment of 30% of the order’s total amount is required. This clause is a prerequisite to the production.

8. Advance or cash payment does not allow any discount.

9. VAT is not applicable - article 293 of the CGI (French fiscal system).

10. Any created, studied or realized drawings or models are the entire property of the Atelier de la Celle. They can’t be claimed for nor registered by the clients even if they have asked for exclusiveness.

11. Should any dispute arise, the litigation will be submitted to the competent jurisdiction of Cusset (France).

12. Delivery charges for European Comunity:
Order less to 50€ : 18 €
Order from 51€ to 100€ : 30 €
Order from 101€ to 300€ : 40 €
Order from 300€ to 999 € : 50 €
1000 € order and more : free
